A Little About Me
My journey started simply with a search for an alternative to mainstream medicine to help me heal my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. When my husband left, I was pushed deeper into the work of healing myself. My world turned upside down, my support system disappeared, and I was on my own.
I found a path I wasn’t expecting.
A path of awakening, healing and transformation of body, mind and spirit.
I discovered strength I didn’t know I had and developed resilience I didn’t know was possible.
Being alone brought up a lot of old emotions and traumas that I thought I had dealt with, in addition to the new ones arising through building a new life and getting to truly know myself.
I have learned that I am part witch and part science nerd.
I have learned the power I have within to heal myself, and in turn, the power I have to help others do the same.
I practice mindset, mindfulness, gratitude, and grounding through a trauma-informed lens. I use the energy of crystals for support in emotional and physical healing.
I also LOVE the scientific evidence that backs up the spiritual and energetic practices.
I’ve learned that, much as fibromyalgia is an illness of layers affecting every part of our body, the path of awakening, healing and transformation is also one of layers. As one layer is healed and falls away, another is there awaiting its turn.
I’ve learned that the tools never stop being necessary, they never stop working, and with each layer proficiency with them grows and the healing accelerates.
My purpose here is to use my journey to help you find your way on your path of awakening and transformation, whatever your gateway has been.
My wish is to help you feel empowered, to help you find your inner strength and resilience, to help you heal and transform your life.
